Did you start the auger with feed in it?
That would be a terrible idea with the appearance of that feed and that grinder. Or is the bearing bad?
I don't know where it would be on that model but there should be a shear bolt somewhere to protect against stuff like that happening. But that doesn't mean it isn't rusted tight (talking about the sheer bolt/hub).
