What happens to these hydraulic pumps on the tier 3 magnum is the servo piston bore gets wore out and the piston gets lodged in there and the pump stays on stroke. You will have to replace the pump. I’ve had numbers of these do this.
Usually, when the pump is stuck on stroke, if you jerk your steering wheel or another remote a lot of times that will dislodge it.
