North Dakota | I have told my neighbor to take what he considers prudent (per our economic arrangement) for his operation from my 300+ acres, but to stop cutting the end of August regardless what he has left to cut.
Said he could start end of this week.
I have a twine baler and he has netwrap, our bales are very distinguishable and can be together off to the side of the field.
Actually his daughter does the baleing and I may have to be a bit embarrassed when they are so closely compared.
As far as chopping I believe not having many choppers in the area, and me without the proper equipment to feed chopped hay. Chopping probably won't be on the table this year but agree wholeheartedly that in this situation it would be the proper solution.
