Ha. I can believe that. I've never been around one with that cab, but it looks really interesting. And I'm betting that it was designed for the generation that was coming from horse drawn equipment and accustomed to climbing up from the back. Plus, it looks tall enough to stand in. The old timers around me when I was a kid would often standup on M-M tractors and swing the seat to the side.
