Do you leave them in for corn? I'm having the same problem with a S670 and 35' draper.
Yes, I leave the first one in all the time. Looked at Kondex concave and they have the first section more closed off on corn and beans. I added the insert to make it more like their setup and it does help. it really helps in beans.
