I spoke with my Eversense rep. Here is his response below. On a side note I have had to fight with my insurance a little to get it covered but one of the girls at my doctors office has been great for that.

The 365 is not indicated for under 18, however a doctor can still prescribe if they want too. It will also come down to will the insurance cover or not. Hope that helps.
Thanks so much, Dan. Much appreciated, will take it from here.

Anytime. If there’s anything else I can help you with please reach out. It’s a terrible disease and I’m no expert but I’ve had it since I was 9 so I’m knocking on 30 years of it and things have changed a lot. Mostly for the good but the last few years have really been run by the insurance companies more than the doctors. I’m praying none of my 3 kids have to deal with it. Having the Cgm has helped a bunch and my low episodes have really improved but it’s still a struggle. In the past year my wife has been teaching and really practicing with my 6 year old son if I start acting funny how to check my sugar on my phone and call for help if she’s not around which I’m glad for but is mentally and emotionally hard to deal with thinking the little boy I’m supposed to be taking care of also has to watch out for me
