Are you grazing it or just a cover crop? you could easily cut those rates in half and still have a great cover crop.

Oats, roughly- 1,250,000 seeds per bushel
Daikon Radishes- 18,000 seeds per Lbs
purple top turnips-200,000 seeds per lbs.

If it rains you will get a great stand with half the amounts you stated. If it doesnt rain your stand will be crappy with double the amounts you stated.
If you scratch in in with a drill or seeder the half rates will give you a great stand if it rains or not if your soil has some moisture.

We aerially seed a oat, radish, turnip cover and the small seeds usually do not come well until a couple rain events, i think the seed shell is too hard. The oats will come with heavy dew it seems like.
