That is what they were pushing for. Along with the hard sell of "oh we got people who will do this". I am pretty much of the opinion, if they know of people who want to do this, I have some land that those farmers can rent from ME for 1 year and put lime on. Then I will start back in the next year after that.
It is complete stupid on so many levels, but I was curious if anyone on here would do that as some people will do anything
Where I’m at lime is pretty cheap.
The tile and terrace thing is really tricky. If the lease is supposed to imply that the tenant has to put in what ever tile the landlord wants, then that would could be $300/acre just in plastic here. There is no one dumb enough to do that.
