Iowa | That looks nice all done. The one's I got came with rivets. Are you saying I should get better ones from Mcmaster Carr?
"The Farmers" idea above works. About 5 minutes zipping the bolts out and another 10 getting the super adhesive they use at the factory to break loose and that bearing plate comes out.
Got a better look at things and it's not as wore thin as first thought so I kind of hate to replace the whole bed for 3 small cracks. It was just never very thick to begin with. About .050" on the un-wore surface behind the front bearing plate I removed.
Have 3 cracks about an 1" long that appear to have started at the nut area for the clean-out doors. Plan is to drill/weld the cracks and install the liners since I already have them.
I'll get some pictures in a bit. Thanks everyone for the help.
