I’m only repeating from memory from the book, but you put it in preferably distilled water and you put on the first day you put one drop and then every day after that you put in two drops the second day three draft third day up until 24 days after 24 days You go back to three drop per day.
Maybe I’m just a dumb fool, but I recommend you get the book. It’s a cheap book, not very thick book, but I’m very happy with what I am doing and if it does half of what they rsay it does, it’s worth it because it says hydrogen peroxide will kill cancer cells and or benefits. I’ve been on this for probably two months. I haven’t been sick. I don’t even take my regular medication anymore. I feel great. Maybe it’s all in my head. I do not know.
