Curious if this is an investor? Kinda sounds like an heir that knows enough to be dangerous and arrogant enough to think farmers are falling all over themselves to pick up more to the point they'll have to beat the applicants off with a stick.
And as far as spreading stuff out over different years, you are only given one year at a time till someone else bids a higher amount
So is there anyone here who would jump on this
