Subject: RE: Hypro Cleanload

EC Illinois
Hypro does have a new valve that can be used to replace the old ones that would stick. To replace it you would have to disconnect the hose going to it and remove the fitting out of the bottom of the current one. Then remove the bulkhead nut and pull the tank rinse nozzle out. Then you could replace the valve portion with Hypro part # 3400-0174 and if you need a new nozzle depending on how old yours is, the nozzle part number for the porcelain nozzle is PC1/2F36075. The valve portion would go back into the tank with the gasket on the inside then screw the bulkhead nut back on the outside till it is snug and won't leak reinstall the fitting and hose on the outside. If replacing the nozzle to, thread it back on the top of the valve inside the tank. These 2 pieces should have you fixed up with a new functioning tank rinse for your cleanload system.
