Here is a link of a guy adjusting a two cylinder clutch. Basically like the video says, back off the three nuts. (While they are loose make sure the threaded studs the nuts are on can wiggle in and out without binding) then engage the clutch and slowly and evenly snug up the bolts until you get a nice pop in and out with the clutch lever. There is also a pulley brake (clutch brake) in front of the belt pulley that is only supposed to make contact when the clutch lever is pulled all the way back. I saw it one time, someone who was unfamiliar with these clutches tightened the pulley brake too much so it contacted the pulley before the clutch disengaged. With no history, I would back off the clutch brake, adjust the clutch in the pulley, then tighten the clutch brake until it contacted only when the clutch handle was pulled all the way back.
