Southern Indiana | I spoke with my Eversense rep. Here is his response below. On a side note I have had to fight with my insurance a little to get it covered but one of the girls at my doctors office has been great for that.
The 365 is not indicated for under 18, however a doctor can still prescribe if they want too. It will also come down to will the insurance cover or not. Hope that helps.
