No sir, the landlord requires it
Unless the required improvement work is very detailed in a signed contract, I highly doubt that part would be enforceable.
The landlord isn’t going to get 50,000 ft of tile installed for free just because he wants that improvement done and the open ended contract said the tenant would pay for improvements.
So is there anyone here who would jump on this
