Suction screen plugged or suction line collapsed?
No motion or steering means neither stage of the pump is working.
The split steel line was it caused from over pressure or just fatigue from vibration?
Worst case the relief valve stuck, over pressured the reel speed, and stripped the splines on the pump.
Reel speed and Hydro Charge come from the same section of the pump, the rear section if I remember correctly.
The front section is everything else. If you have nothing, no header raise, auger swing, steering etc...then I would try and see if the pump is turning.
