40 different guys within 10 miles of it would jump on it here. 35 would bid $25 over '25 rent. 39 guys would be upset they didn't get it. 20 would wish the worst on the new tenant.

Unfortunately it's pretty much the same around here. Honestly when I was starting out I probably would've threw a bid in on it too just to get my foot in the door. Now if it doesn't pencil out to be profitable (this doesn't) someone else can lose their behind on it | 
So is there anyone here who would jump on this
