
| Bonpas, all I did was read the original post. Which said, you, as the potential renter, are responsible for all long term improvements. Including terraces, tile, etc. Which.... would be the things I referenced.
I'm sure the renter can decide for himself whether to do any of that work or just roll with the crop insurance policy.
Most of the people I know who rent a whole bunch of acres- I've never seen with dirty hands or muddy boots.
