SE Nebraska | Looking to make more efficient use of fertilizer in our “fertilizer is stupidly priced” world. Was looking at a dual placement machine. This would be a JD bar with low disturbance units. Looking to put down NH3, NPSZ, potash and Boron in the fall most likely. Any thoughts/tips/tales of fantastic yield results or yield failures from dual placing dry vs broadcast???
My biggest concern is an increase chance of burn with even more salt load in a concentrated area. | |
