| 40 different guys within 10 miles of it would jump on it here. 35 would bid $25 over '25 rent. 39 guys would be upset they didn't get it. 20 would wish the worst on the new tenant.
A piece of flood ground changed hands one mile from me last winter. A great 30 year old paid cash rent since the previous tenant wouldn't. New tenant planted it to corn. It flooded out. He planted it a second time. It flooded out again. He took his boat to Kentucky Lake last weekend. He's never gonna live any different if it makes 220 or zero. I like the young man. I'm happy for him. I buy him a beer if I see him out on the town.
