I've got a farm like that. Guy has been saying he wanted to sell for the last 5 years so we don't want to invest too much. He's no sale'd at auction, and turned down multiple offers that matched his asking price for one reason or another. Hard to plan when you don't know how long you'll have it. Not a farm we want to buy either, especially for his asking price.
