Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | To spray in manual, the target rate must be something other than zero. If it is a new product that has not been sprayed before, the default rate will be zero and Manual will not spray. Be certain that the target rate, even if it is not going to be used is something other than zero.
Not this exact problem but when a customer complained that he was not able to get his Ag Leader system with a Liquid Product Module to turn on the booms, I would have them check these four items;
1) Set auto swath to inactive (off).
2) Make certain that a non zero target rate is entered for Rate 1 and Rate 2.
3) Be certain that the Liquid Module is receiving 12V and ground on the two pin Gray Deutsch connector. A meter is the ONLY way to check this. The green flashing LED pertains to CAN communication and does not indicate the status of the High Current power which does the actual "work" of running the section valves. The system does not warn you if the high current power on the Deutsch connector is lacking.
4) Implement switch is either jumpered (most common on a sprayer) or a working implement switch is being used.
Generally one of the above is lacking.
