Have rotor/cone out and have noticed the the auger bed has cracks under the 3 center augers right at the front.
What Liners do you suggest. I put new bearings in at the rear of the augers a few years ago when I had the sieves out so I would prefer to leave the augers in and slip the liners underneath them. Flighting still looks good to me.
IHLE instructions online say to remove the augers for their 14ga. stainless ones. Does anyone know if this is absolutely necessary? Can remove the front wood blocks real easy to lift the front of the augers up to help.
Poly ones all look like they will slip under the augers. I've never had to do this repair before so any tips or suggestions on what kit to buy would be appreciated.
And thanks for the responses in my previous thread about what areas to look at with the rotor out.
