Southern Missouri | Ron , we like cross breeze , not wind , better than head or tail , when drone is going into or with breeze it will affect the width of patten and it will also blow the droplets into the forward vision of the drone when it’s turning and goes to start a pass at slower speed and drone can’t tell what the droplets being blown ahead of it are and will confuse it , doesn’t happen with any breeze besides a tail wind , there’s a learning curve on all of it , the newest models do everything at a faster speed including turning and speed when spraying than the old t40 , much faster and smoother and the breeze doesn’t bother anything as bad , we still like 10 mph or less ground speed of breeze and hard to want to spray above that speed , you’ll get lots of differing answers on these things | |
