Subject: Did okay on protein this meal



Pittsburg, Kansas		Did pretty good this dinner. Avoided the desert bar. Attempting to get my insulin back down and in ketosis after the major 249 blood sugar train wreck the night before.

The seafood plate was on the second pass.
