| Well, what I’m familiar with- hot honey is not just honey dumped on there at a warm temperature. It’s more like a hot pepper sauce that is just balanced with a little honey. If done from scratch fresh ingredients, probably way better for you than a lot of other condiments.
This Calabrian pepper oil is one of my favorite pizza garnishes, I’m gonna give it a try with a splash of honey.
