Fort Dodge, IA | See video from yesterday! Southern Rust has moved above the ear leaf in some fields. I'll be checking several fields on SkyScout today that had fungicide applications 2 weeks ago. I'm getting reports from my Landus agronomy team that Southern Rust is still active and may require a second application. We are in a high disease environment with it seems like rain every other day and warm temperatures which are ideal conditions for this disease to continue to spread.
