I think durability of cloth seats can vary somewhat from one vehicle to another in general, besides passenger weight, carrying pliers, etc also being a factor. I wouldn't dismiss Toyota cloth, but might be worth trying to seek out pics of higher mile vehicles of same year/trim your considering to see how interior wear points look. I'm closing in on 300k on an '06 Highlander base model and driver's seat just recently started looking a little bit worn on the top outside seam. However some family had a '11(?) Tacoma purchased new and used almost entirely for short trips that driver's seat had holes and foam chunking out at like 40-50k.

No personal experience but I've heard decent things about katzskins if you buy something with cloth and want to switch to leather.
