John, all we really need is a lot of protein some fat cruciferous vegetables and eggs. There should be at least 18 hours between a meal every day if not longer, 20 hours once in a while as that will create autophogy. Autophagy is that time when the body cleanses itself of everything that should not be there. This happens when you're in ketosis.
