Subject: RE: Trimble yield monitor

The FM750 is horrible as a yield monitor I have heard.

The more functional FMX is also a poor yield monitor. Not too bad to use overall and mapping is ok, but data migration is all but impossible easily. They decided to store yield data in TWO different places in the monitor and BOTH must be deleted every year or the following year's data is somewhat corrupt when migrating into desktop software.

Trimble did NOT do a good job for either one IMO.

A CFX750 (GFX? the newer one) I don't know about as far as yield functionality.
