I second what 6030 said. Had issues with that board on my 4250. Also unplug the main plug under the hood up from the oil pressure sensor behind the removable side shield. Spray it out with contact cleaner or starting fluid. There are relays under the bottom kick panel of the dash too. I changed them all and found the problem on the circuit breaker board.
