East Central, Nebraska | the big john website still hosts a page showing their "AG Electronics". in the companies defense everyone that likely worked on this project may be retired or more likely dead of old age.
here is the website:

its hard for them to say they don't know anything about it when their own webpage has the products on it.
sometimes it sucks but some of this stuff needs to probably go away at some point.
its also possible that big john as a company had changed hands and the newer owners didn't take on or want to support the older electronics. i am seeing this on other equipment i run. i own a pretty new miller nitro sprayer and i also have a 2006 model. dealers and miller, who was now bought out by cnh almost like to act like no miller equipment existed before about 2016 or so. its frustrating i know.
your deal though, you could put a used hydraulic drive on and have it controlled by a touch screen ag leader monitor for merely hundreds of dollars. why fight it? even if your figure it out is it worth the possibility of being down when you need it most?
