I didn't say the phantom braking happens really often, like it did when I first got the car but it is still present for more than me. You Tuber, Kyle Conners and his wife from out of spec reviews mention it in many of their videos and recently it happened to Kim Java when she was in one of the robo-taxis during the trials in Austin, Tx, a week or so ago. Pretty sure that car would have had the very latest software and at least HW4. It's a glitch IMHO. Yes, I always keep the updates current, so I doubt that's a problem. The front facing camera in the windshield self-calibrates, so nothing to do there. When I had the windshield replaced, due to a rock chip, the first couple miles after leaving the Tesla Service center, my screen showed a progress indicator as the cameras calibrated.
