As noted, it's not perfect but the braking has saved me from a couple minor fender-benders. Still hasn't caused any accidents for me or others so I'm still glad I have it, even though it still needs work.
The "dangerous" system hasn't caused any accidents yet. Yet.
It is something that shouldn't be released until it is fool proof. Sounds like a great way to get killed, pass a truck, and have the car immediately brake check it because of a sign.
