there was a time probably 50 yrs ago (God i`m getting old ) when the red delicious were like softballs, soft and sweet, but something happened about the time they came out with the new formula coke :-)

Was just telling my daughters this today, they bad mouthed the Delicious apples my mom buys, and I get it all that I have gotten the past number of years are green, sour and hard, ones we sold while in FFA from Washington state had the most delicious apple flavor one could imagine. |
