Careful with pork rinds. Also do you know how they are made? Eating too many processed snack foods may cause or contribute to health problems, especially if they’re high in calories, sodium, or both — as is the case with pork rinds. Processed is the key, things added.
I agree to a certain extent. I only eat the ones with only pork rinds and salt on the ingredient list. |
