North of London | Nothing tastes better than a hotdog cooked on an open fire
Family all 15 of us went back to the brush pile last night and toasted marshmallows.
It was threatening rain in late aft and evening so we did not go back as planned and ate out but only got 1 mm of rain so at dark they all decided we could still go for marshmallows and visit back there
Brush was damp and where my fore fighter son in law tried lighting fire wind carried fire into only half the pile but that was all we needed
So today as we often do we went back to clean up and stir the coals to have lunch there again.
Worked up a sweat putting chairs and table away as temp was almost 30C again but got to enjoy a couple hot dogs the way they are meant to be enjoyed.
