Altoona, WI | If you have spoken with someone at Tesla about your FSD, you are worlds ahead of just about everyone else out here. Everything seems to be done through the app. I had a minor trim repair done on ours while it was still under warranty and EVERYTHING was done via the app. Even when the car repair was completed, I got a notification through the app and I was sitting 10 ft away in their lounge. I have heard of people trying to call them over issues they could not get resolved via the app and it was an exercise in frustration for them. They have certainly set themselves up for the younger generations since kids these days don't like using the phone. | |
