This is also my biggest concern. We run the Ag Leader Sure Spot PMW system using RTK on our sprayer to reduce outlining every waterway and that has helped a ton.

I think the response below about potentially having both is probably the most feasible near term.

Spraying fungicide alone should cover the expense of a drone. Add in some spot spraying, seeding, fertilizing etc would just be added value.

Maybe even outline with the ground rig and have to option to spray interiors with a drone if conditions hold up the ground rig.
