NW iowa south of the CIty :) | When we built I had plans from a house that we liked but wanted to move some things and tweak it .
We brought them to the builder and we were told right away if we didn't use him what it would cost.
So we agreed and had at least three meetings with him moving and resizing rooms and walls. After a meeting
he would print off a set of prints for us to take home and look at and readjust , window size ,placement of windows,
door direction swing a whole bunch of things. It sure made the build easy and fast. |
