Its the gearbox. I got down looking at the output shaft while someone turned it on unloaded. On the 4th time. The input spun but output didnt, and it was banging gears. So its the gearbox. Hopefully just a bearing. But i hear if the gears are bad, its cheaper just to buy a new one than rebuild it.
