Next build ,made a deal, company did blueprints then never showed up...We tore a building down for the new build and needed the space....Finally we both agreed to not sue each other and walk away...His quote was $50k less than others ,but, if you never show up.......
Poster that said call/meet the builder and get a reasonable price....Anywhere from $0 -$1,000 (which is very generous) | |
