Judging by your picture I'd bet you wiped the key off that drives the auger. Under load it wouldn't pull but empty the remnants that are jammed in there would get the auger to turn. I'd pull the auger out and see. Also I looked and the few ati carts I found were all 1000 rpm. My Brent 572 cart has a 540 input shaft on the gearbox but is 1000 rpm for the tractor. I highly doubt yours is 540 converted over.
