Ross County, Ohio | The OP clearly stated he never entered an agreement or signed anything, so I would say there was obviously no contract. Just a few sounds like rough plans drawn. Sounds like the guy is trying to still arm the OP. I would ask for an itemization for me to see what he invested in drawing up some plan. Then, if he didn't produce it, or failed to talk things over, I'd tell him see you in court. I'm not say the guy shouldn't get some compensation for his time, but Nothing close to 5k. | |
