None of us will live long enuff to see where the neighbor knocks on our door to rent you his land because everyone else but you is broke or doesn't want it.
We're years away (probably never happen) from that scenario.
This is 2025, not the 30s or the 80s. Not saying it can't get tougher but 2 different ballgames there.
It all depends on the govt safety net. Cut that away, and it'll happen pretty quickly.
It will be interesting to see what kind of a Farm Bill we get this fall. |
