I agree. My insurance costs have skyrocketed and that is even with raising deductibles considerably. Repairs are crazy but buying new is even worse. Interest is also a major cost increase. Even if you aren't borrowing any money there is the opportunity cost that has to be figured to be true to yourself.
Yup. Regarding opportunity cost, if you truly have enuff cash to farm, you don’t need to farm.
