Well that depends. With govt subsidized crop insurance available and govt throwing out more disaster money, there really isn't any reason anyone should be in that rough of shape yet unless they're spending too much money. Doesn't matter what its spent on, spending too much money is a spending problem.
And yes, I've had plenty of crappy crops in the past 7 years. My APH's have taken a beating.
