It's not about NOT growing corn or beans...it's about what area can be the true lowest cost producer.
If it makes me move away from corn or beans...so be it. Adapt and overcome.
You don’t necessarily have to grow it cheaper than the corn belt if it’s sold in to a small, distant, specific, and/or underserved market.
