Maybe….but the Covid thing of keeping mom and pops closed while giants operated was crap.
It was almost as if the powers that be said “ mom and pops, wow, you’re still around? Nah….get the “blank” out of here”.
COVID was the back breaker. Can’t stay open due to mandates but Amazon could send a fedex/ups driver to every single home.
Just like drugs, first “hit” is free…..
Now, the amount of packaging involved to get something from an e-store to a home is staggering. Carbon footprint? Save our petro reserves? Land and water Pollution by 1000 yr plastics. |
