Yes the deck would get shuffled in those areas. And it wouldn't be on what crops get planted. The 10,000 acre farms would soon be 30,000. The 20,000 acre farms would soon be 60,000. The 500 to 2000 acre farms would disappear. The fringe might actually produce more of them there commodities they aren't supposed to than the fringe does now.
